Field laboratory results for the five springs used across the retreat programmes. Composition values are reported in mg per litre; temperature is taken at the outflow on the sampling day.

Sampling is repeated each season at the outflow, before water reaches any bathing pool, so figures in the table can be compared year to year. Retreat time at these springs is rest, bathing and walking; sessions are not presented as medical treatment.
02 / Retreat programmes
Every departure is capped at 12 guests with a minimum of 4. If the minimum is not reached, the deposit is refunded in full. Prices are per person and include all mandatory taxes and fees.

Two bathing sessions at the Burkut spring, recorded at 12.4 degrees Celsius when sampled in March, with 1,180 mg per litre of dissolved minerals. Walking between the upper and lower catchments. Maximum 12 guests.

03 / Ritual timelineThree-Day Mineral Reset
A sample arc from the Three-Day Mineral Reset. Walking distance is measured on marked forest paths and elevation gain counts from the trailhead, not from the hotel door. Spring figures below come from our May sampling round.
A slow climb through spruce to the eastern ridge, then a descent past two seepages. Pace is set by the slowest guest, with a standing break every forty minutes.
Three baths of twelve minutes with rest between them in the timber pool hall. Water is drawn straight from the Svaliava No. 4 bore and is neither reheated nor chlorinated.
A gentle valley route past the Kvasy outflow, where the guide takes a temperature reading and a sample bottle in front of the group. Lunch is served outdoors at the old forestry hut.
The hydrogeologist who reads the spring data and the guide who walks the ridge are named here, with licence numbers and years in the Carpathians, before any enquiry is sent.

Fourteen years in the Carpathians. She keeps the sampling schedule, the temperature log and the mineral composition table behind the spring provenance strip, including the Svaliava No. 4 reading of 14.2 °C taken in the May round.
Certified mountain guide
Eleven years in the Carpathians. He sets route timing and walking pace for each of the three programmes, and holds the group ceiling of 12 guests with a departure minimum of 4.

Departures run with 4 to 12 guests. A full month shows as waitlist; the refund rules for a departure that misses the minimum of 4 guests sit in the group terms.

Each departure runs with a maximum of 12 guests and a minimum of 4. If the minimum is not reached, every payment is refunded in full. Named springs, recorded water temperatures, sampling months and mineral values in mg per litre are published with every programme before you commit.
